There is a town that spreads across the border of Canis, Sapious, and I’reka which became famous after it was converted into a giant hospital town that charges no fee for treatments.
Many healers will move to Kamaki to train as apprentices, and many more will stay and volunteer in the self-sufficient town where they receive food and board in return for their abilities as doctors.
It is one of the most multicultural towns known on Demrefor (even more so after the Canis La’Can law that allowed Mystics to take up citizenships), and because of its placement at the near-centre of the known world, it is easy to import medicines from almost anywhere.
Many countries will send their sick to Kamaki to be treated for severe illnesses.
