Asala
The asala is a direct descendent of the aposolis. It evolved four stubby little limbs in order to crawl onto land, and had a long tail and pincers for helping catch its prey.
It is the ancestor to many four-limbed dragons that roam Demrefor’s lands and oceans, including several sapient species of dragons that have been successfully communicated with.
