Arthromanto
The arthromanto are one of the 6 native races found on Sunscare. They are a race of people resembling mantis, and are the warrior race of the East Factions. They live in peace with the blattani and isoterm people, and protect them from the people of the West Factions.
They have long, sharp, scythe-like arms and powerful wings. They come in a rainbow of colours with patterns resembling flowers or leaves.
Arthromanto are best known for their fierce tempers and vicious appetites, and it is said the best way to make peace with an angry arthromanto is to invite it to share food with you.
Though they are at war with the West Factions, they have no problem with Sentients who choose to come into their territories. However, communication with them can be difficult due to their very thick click-like accents, and the constant war and harsh conditions of their homeland make most Sentients hesitant to visit their cities.
