Isoterm
The isoterm are one of the 6 native races found on Sunscare. They resemble termites, with two body type variations depending on sex; male workers, and female soldiers. The male workers are smaller, built for digging and labour, while the female soldiers are large and sport powerful jaws. Both sexes have wings, though only the female’s are functional.
They live with the anthromanto and blattani in the East Factions, defending their territories and building the majority of the faction’s infrastructures. They are also in charge of the majority of the East Faction’s food production.
Worker isoterms are known for being skittish and timid, often avoiding visiting Sentient people and leaving them to the braver people of the East Factions; such as the soldiers, who enjoy rough-housing and will pick playful fights with anyone who will join them.
